BUSINESS MANAGER:
Ashlan joined Hillside Montessori as the Business Manager in Summer 2025. Raised in the rolling foothills of Northeast Georgia, she was homeschooled up until college, where she earned her BFA in Industrial Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
She likes to think of herself as equally left- and right-brained, thriving at the intersection of creativity and analytics. Her career began in design but gradually shifted toward the business operations side of things, where she discovered a knack for helping teams work more efficiently with clear processes and thoughtful organization. She has since held roles in Project Management and global Marketing Operations, with a special focus on building systems that support people and foster sustainable growth.
When she’s not running reports or balancing budgets, Ashlan can be found restoring her 1920s craftsman home alongside her husband Robby. Together they wrangle their two mini Australian Shepherds, Wesley and Turbo, and tend to an ever-changing lineup of DIY projects and recipes in the kitchen. She’s passionate about community, curiosity, and lifelong learning, and always has at least one book, playlist, or herbal tea blend in rotation.
