PRIMARY LEAD GUIDE:
Kayla Jackson excitedly joined the Hillside Montessori team as a Lead Primary Guide in the summer of 2026. Her Montessori career began in 2019 and she earned her Early Childhood credential from NAMC in 2022. She is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and purposeful learning environment with a deep-rooted passion for the Montessori curriculum. She leads with energy and a commitment to nurturing each child’s unique potential. She is particularly devoted to cultivating a love for reading and integrating the beauty of nature into our daily discoveries.
Outside of the classroom, her world revolves around her wonderful family. She is happily married and the proud mom of two daughters, Scarlett and Savannah. Her home is made even livelier by two beloved cats. She truly loves her job, and is honored to guide students through these foundational years of growth and exploration!
